Here are the details on our Return & Shipping policy.

REFUNDS:
Sad news Luvs, due to our items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds or credits. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

EXCHANGES:

You will have up to 7 days after receiving your items to exchange for only a different size, of the item ordered.

Please send your exchange request to email customerservice@pinkestluv.com stating your reason for exchange and which size you would like to exchange for. Please send your unworn and undamaged item to the following address:

Please allow 1-3 business days upon receipt to ship out your new items. A confirmation email will be sent with tracking info. 

The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn). We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged.

All exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange requests made after 7 days of receipt of the item will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS:
Unfortuantely, we do not accept cancellations.

All FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, nor store credit.  

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To keep your Pinkest-Luv items in looking great, for continued wear, please follow the listed instructions:

Dry clean recommended
If you are machine washing, turn garments inside out, machine wash cold, gentle cycle.
Avoid drying garments on high heat, air drying is recommended
Luv your garments fearlessly!

Water Bottles: Hand washing recommended
